Rental Policies: At the time of the vehicle rental, you will be required to sign a Rental Agreement that may include any additional policies or details. To rent a vehicle from Canby Ford, you must be at least 25 years of age, have a valid driver’s license, and have a valid major credit card or debit card. A minimum deposit in the form of a $300 authorization hold applies to all rentals.
Reservation Policy: Reservations may be made up to 3 months in advance. Some vehicles and/or dates may require a non-refundable deposit.
Fuel Policy: All Canby Ford rental vehicles are rented with a full tank of fuel. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, there will be a refueling charge added to your rental bill. Current refueling rates are posted in the rental office.
One-Way Rental Policy: One-way rentals are not available.
